Kisae is a 19-year-old Ethiopian adoptee who attends Skidmore College. In these images they seek to reimagine traditional Ethiopian art.
Kisae reflects the strength and beauty of an Ethiopian woman in this piece of art. She created this one-of-a-kind wearable piece for Roots Ethiopia in support of Ethiopian women.
A portion of all proceeds goes to Roots Ethiopia, which improves schools, educates children and enables livelihoods in Ethiopia.
